“The training taught me new ways to communicate with the consumers I interact with. I also learned how to implement conflict resolution in an effort to avoid escalation to a full scale blowout. Coaching, collaborating, and paraphrasing were also helpful tools learned in this training. The instructors were well informed and very patient as we were introduced to new information each session. I enjoyed the training very much and found it to be very useful and practical.”
